As Khelo24bet, our goal is to make gaming as immersive and enjoyable as possible. We, however, appreciate the fact that players may be made connections due to reasons beyond their control. The policy explains what we do on such occasions.

General Guidelines

1.1. Participants’ attributes may lead to what is termed `disconnection’, for instance, device malfunction, losing internet access, and `power interjection’.  

1.2. Disconnections caused due to weak internet connection and device issues do not come under the responsibility of Khelo24bet.  

1.3. Any game’s result that has been interrupted will be determined based on rules outlined in the sections concerned below of the policy document.

Handling Disconnections During Gameplay

2.1. Casino Games:  

For live dealer games: In cases where participants disconnect the server will automatically introduce a delay to the game but all other bets that were placed prior to the disconnect retain their validity. All significant game history can be reviewed once the player logs back into the game.  

For automated games (e.g. slots or RNG-based games): The system should be able to log automatically and at the very least store the results of the game and upon connection the users can check the results.

2.2 Sport Betting

All bets that bettors placed back when the connection was restored will be protected and won’t be affected. Users have the option to verify the status of their wagers as well as reconnect. all bettors at Khelo24bet will still be able to access their wagers after they reconnect.

All Khelo24bet warranties shall not include missed betting opportunities or missed changes in odds. 

2.3 Multiplayer Games

The said issue of automatic reconnection applies to all multiplayer games when the user disconnects. 

If using this feature won’t work and reconnection isn’t able to be established, bets made or funds already wagered will be properly settled according to the rules of that game.

Reconnection Policy

3.1 Users are recommended to reconnect to the platform as soon as they can after disconnection. 

3.2 In cases of abrupt disconnection, as a way of encouraging all users to reconnect, the platform won’t be lost. 

3.3 Any lack of state memory with regards to the game restoration will be handled by the platform: Games that have been completed will see their results recorded and winnings to a given account. If a game was sunk or abandoned, the funds wagered may have not been settled to the perspective account unless otherwise stated by a certain game.

Refunding and Topic of Discussing

4.1 Exchanges that swap for other currencies such as Tether or refund funds will happen when a user requests for a refund on the platform because losses they’ve incurred have occurred via trust interfaces like servers.

4.2. If users face any connectivity issues, they must notify Khelo24bet Customer Support within 24 hours, specifying the disconnection time, game name, and amount wagered.

4.3. All disputes will be resolved on an individual basis, and the final decision will rest with Khelo24bet.

User obligations

5.1. Users should receive assurance that their internet connection is stable and that their devices are compatible with the platform.

5.2. Khelo24bet suggests that users should avoid areas of low connectivity and play on only a reliable internet connection.

5.3. Users are advised to constantly save their login information to quickly reconnect to the servers after getting disconnected for any reason.

Platform Maintenance

6.1. Users will be informed of the range of games that they can play since their accounts will be credited with an amount equal to any amounts wagered on games during the downtime. Users are advised to watch out for the notices set out under the policy as some contests will not be able to be completed due to equilibrium positions being available.

6.2. If due to outages or any technical faults, the time of service is exceeded, the parties shall not be liable for such an event. Refund requests for these affected games will be processed on a case-to-case basis and the amount solely depends on the Company.
